Graniti Tecnica (Pty) Ltd is a registered South African company specializing in the processing and supply of natural stone products. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients. By using our website, you warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Product Information & Natural Variation
- Natural Product Disclaimer: Granite, marble, and other natural stones are products of nature. You acknowledge that samples are only representative. Variations in color, veining, pitting, and texture are inherent characteristics and do not constitute defects.
- Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, descriptions or images on the website may differ slightly from the physical product due to photography lighting or screen resolutions.
3. Quotations and Orders
- Validity: All quotes provided via the website or email are valid for the period stated on the quotation (typically 30 days) and are subject to the availability of stock.
- Confirmations: An order is only considered final once written confirmation is received and any required deposits have been cleared in our bank account.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Currency: All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
- VAT: Unless otherwise stated, prices are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) as per South African law.
- Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified on your pro-forma invoice. Goods remain the property of Graniti Tecnica until paid for in full.
5. Delivery and Installation
- Risk: The risk in the goods passes to the client upon delivery or collection from our Spartan facility.
- Access: For installations, clients must ensure the site is ready and accessible. We are not liable for delays caused by site unreadiness or structural issues beyond our control.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on https://granititecnica.com/, including logos, text, technical drawings, and images, is the property of Graniti Tecnica or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law:
- Graniti Tecnica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by improper maintenance, chemical cleaning, or structural movement after installation.

We do not guarantee that our website will be always available or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the website (or any part thereof) without notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
